1. Pricing and Labor/Time Required:

• All prices and labor/time estimates are based on clean, tint-free glass. If old window tint needs to be removed, an additional fee of $180 will apply.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $55 cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms:

• A 2.0% surcharge applies to all card payments. American Express transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge.

4. Mobile Window Tinting/in-studio:

• While we make every effort to install the film as cleanly as possible, we cannot control the environment. Therefore, there may be minor imperfections underneath the film.

5. Compliance with Laws:

• Tinted vehicle windows must comply with state and local government laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle’s window tinting adheres to legal requirements.

6. Visibility and Safety:

• Dark tinting may reduce visibility outside the vehicle during poor lighting conditions. Customers should exercise caution and ensure adequate visibility when driving.

7. Liability Disclaimer:

• While every effort is made to provide quality service, Das Auto Mobile Detailing and its agents assume no responsibility for misuse, illegal use, or improper application of window film. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle window tinting.

8. Accidents and Damage:

• Customers are advised to use care to avoid accidents or damage to tinted windows. Das Auto Mobile Detailing is not liable for any accidents, damages, or losses resulting from the use or application of window tinting services.

9. Modifications to Terms:

• Das Auto Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise notifying customers.
